A short note to thank you again from John and I for a wonderful and fulfilling day we had yesterday. Last night when we arrived home John and I reviewed all the things we experienced in your workshop with our family members. We were like little children, I wanted to talk and John is trying to talk at the same time. I went to sleep around 8:30 p.m. and traveled all over the world in my dreams. Everything was so clear and vivid I was over whelmed. One of my dreams is to travel and I know I will. It's funny I have always told the children that they should travel and see the world, now I know the statement I made is clearly for me. I find that I see more clearly after getting rid of all the anger bottled inside me. Now it's time to move forward and not to look back. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for a truly amazing experience.

One of my earliest memories is "you are a failure". Not in so many words, rather by action or insinuation. I could never do anything right according to my mother. Friends were not acceptable, home-work was done to quickly or not quickly enough. When my first marriage ran into difficulty I was told I was a failure. During that marriage I had five wonderful children and without government assistance I kept us together. I remarried and had another beautiful child. Gradually I became aware that my husband was letting me know I was a failure. I began to believe it and turned into a defensive, cold, bitter women. My only defense was to lash out and strike before someone could hurt me. I have no idea where I would be today if I had not met Theresa Flint. In her own gentle way and with her unlimited supply of patience she showed me the other way of life. Theresa did not preach her message, she led by example. Quietly but with strength she helped me to see there was another way of handling life's stresses and disappointments. The first lesson was to forgive myself and then I could forgive others. It hasn't been easy and it has taken time but I now look forward to the rest of my life knowing I will be true to myself and yes I can do anything my heart desires.

I was surprised by the meditation because it was so relaxing. Being focused and present in the moment gives you a different slant on how to live your life. When I first moved to London, England after graduation from University I thought it wouldn't be a problem getting a good job in an investment bank or a consulting firm. I couldn't have been more wrong and I spent 6 months trying to find work. The ups and downs would have been unbearable if it wasn't for Theresa's constant support and positive affirmations. She told me to write a statement to myself describing my dream job, right down to the work environment and the career prospects. So that is what I did. She then told me to picture myself waking up in the morning and going to this job. Whenever I received a rejection or disappointment, she reminded me to read through my dream job description and visualize getting that job offer. She also mediated on my dream job and would picture that position being created for me. Well, after 7 months of job hunting and doing temp work, I was offered a job with one of the largest consulting firms in the world. The position fit my dream job description perfectly and gave me all the opportunities I was looking for. Theresa knew that I would get everything I wanted, I just had to be patient and have faith that my dream job would come to fruition.

It is two months into my consulting job and I couldn't be happier. I have been given the opportunity to travel and work on projects that I have a real interest in. Both my partner and I have become successful in our fields and gone from barely scraping by three months ago to a very happy and comfortable lifestyle today. We are both very busy, and stress does find its way into our lives. However, by appreciating our good fortune we have in making it this far and by being mindful of what wonderful opportunities we have been granted, we live healthy and happy lives.

Affirmations are powerful! I have a wonderful daughter who is developing right on the mark. I was absolutely elated Mary wanted to do this workshop together and how open she was toward me. Good afternoon Terri, I viewed your website and what caught my eye and I thought it was brilliant is the statement "GIVE US YOUR TIRED EXECUTIVES". People are mentally and physically exhausted, from their working environment and don't know where to turn. Corporate office's should have your program as an incentive, part of their bonus, to have inner peace with themselves first before they can structure balance in the work and home environment.
